Class Action Waiver: YOU AND MILESTONE AI VENTURES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

Any separate agreement you have with Milestone AI Ventures in connection with investment activities, limited partnership arrangements, or other business relationships shall govern those specific activities and shall take precedence over these Terms with respect to those activities.
